If you've checked out the above info and are interested in doing CrossFit in the Winter Park, Colorado area, just email us! We start all our athletes new to CrossFit in our "On-Ramp" program.
The emphasis of the On-Ramp program is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes. We are going to be hammering technique—both to ensure your safety—and success at the next level. Every session is a complete workout, just like our regular WOD (workout of the day) sessions.
When you complete this program you are ready to jump into any of our group WODs with confidence.
