    Stuff We Really Like...

    Competition Night

    The first Friday of every month is comp night at CFTA. We crowd lots of sweaty bodies into a small space, go hard and yell loudly. And more often than not, at least some of the group gathers somewhere afterward to talk about it (Social directors will post that shortly).

    If you are up for that, sign up for the Friday 6pm session. If it is full, just shoot Dave an email saying you're coming anyway. That's fine, there is no class limit for this, we just want to know so we can get set up. We post the workout here at the beginning of the week, so you can get your head around it and show up ready to go. Everyone is welcome, we scale if needed. We sometimes even have (admittedly lame) prizes, too.

    Friday Night, February 3rd:

    Warm-up: 3X 3 Wall Walks+10 linked Box Jumps+10 Roll to stand

    Stretch

    KB swings

    WOD: In 10 minutes,
             Do 50 KB Swings (24/16kg)
             then do As Many Rounds As Possible of:
                    5 Pull-ups
                    10 Hand Release Push-up, with toes on a plate
                    15 Goblet Squats with same KB you were swinging
             Score is total reps from the AMRAP part of the WOD.

    Cash Out: Mobility
