CrossFit On-Ramp

CrossFit is an amazingly effective way to improve your overall fitness level using a wide range of functional exercises that you actually use out in the world.  However, as CrossFit is a radically different approach to fitness than most traditional gyms, it generally takes some time and guidance from CrossFit instructors to get beginners to a point where they can safely and effectively participate in our group classes.

Participants in our On-Ramp program learn the basic movements we use in CFTA WODs, the coaching cues we use to help our athletes improve, and anything else they need to really get the most out of our group workouts.  A typical On-Ramp series runs for two weeks. All classes are 1 hour long.
