WOD Thursday, New Year's Eve, 2009

6:15am & 7:45am sessions only, today!

Buy In:Mobility, Warm-up - 3 rounds of 10 reps each:
          medball sit ups
          med ball pass arounds (10 each direction)
          med ball squat throws

WOD: "Renegade Row"

For time, 50, 40, 30, 20, reps of:

Box Jumps (24"/20")

Lunge in place

10 Renegade Rows (35/25) *each round ends with 10 of these, no matter how many box jumps and lunges you are doing.
