July 26th - After the morning WOD we will be pulling up the floor and moving it to the new gym.

July 27th - All classes are cancelled for "Moving Day". Meet at 8:30am to load and unload the moving truck.

July 28th - Meet at new gym to set everything up. 

July 29th - Join us at the Rendezvous Event Center for "Fitness in the Park" 10:15am with CFTA coach Leigha!

July 30th and beyond - Normal schedule at the new gym in Tabernash!

Monday and Wednesday 6:15 am, 7:45 am, 6 pm

Tuesday and Thursday 7:45 am

Boot Camp

Class times are Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday at 11:00 am. Tuesday & Thursday at 6:00 pm. Sign up online for a 1 time drop in class for $15 or a 10 punch card for $140.

Update on the Sectionals - This Weekend!!

The Saturday WODs are now posted. Looks like fun. We won't know the Sunday workout(s) until the last workout is finished on Saturday. They are saying "up to two" are possible.

For anyone interested in coming down to watch, things start to roll at 7:30am Saturday, and first heats go off on Sunday at 8:00am. We have 7 athletes headed down and each is allowed (1) free spectator entry. A few of us don't have anyone designated as their offical free spectator, so we can arrange to get you in for free. Otherwise, they are charging $25 at the door for the two days. There is no single day rate.

Location is the Colorado State Patrol Academy, Golden - basically about 3 blocks from Colfax and I-70.
